Reception September 2026
Admission to nursery
We encourage parents to speak to a member of our office team before making a nursery application. Parents apply formally for a place in our Nursery via the academy office. Children can join our Nursery in the term after their second birthday. Please use the following links to work out which funding you can access for your child:

Admissions - Year 6
If your child was born between 1 September 2014 and 31 August 2015 you can apply for a Secondary place September 2026. Applications for other year groups and to join Reception later in the school year can be made by completing the in-year application form, which can be requested from the school office.
Lime Academy Abbotsmede educates children from the age of two to the age of eleven.
All children are admitted in the September of the academic year in which they become 5 years of age. All children will start full time from September. However, if a child needs to be on a part-time timetable this will be arranged between parents and school. Lime Academy Abbotsmede has an admission limit. Places are allocated according to criteria in “Admissions policy”.
