The Academy Day
Students will have weekly assemblies built into their timetable for such areas as awards and singing. Class assemblies will be linked to the news. Pupils must be in our school playground and in their class line at 8.40am, all children remain the responsibility of the adult/Carer dropping them off until they are in the classroom, unless an activity has been organised by the school. Academy gates open at 8.30am. Responsibility for children’s safety cannot be taken by the school before 8.45am or after 3.15pm. Nursery:
Morning Session: 8.30 – 11.30am
Afternoon Session: 12.30pm – 3.30pm
Reception – Year 6:
8:45: Start of the school day – Registration and Morning Learning Warm up
9:00: Session 1
10:00: Session 2
10:45: Break
11:00: Session 3
12:00: Lunch
1:00: Session 4
2:00: Session 5
3:00: Class time.
3:25: End of the school day.
